Collection: Vintage Finnish Movie Posters for Sale

Authentic vintage Finnish cinema lobby posters, originally displayed in the glass-fronted cabinets of cinema foyers and corridors across Finland. Because they were mounted rather than heavily handled, most examples we sell are in excellent, clean condition — with only the occasional handling crease or pinholes from mounting.

The majority date from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, though we regularly source earlier rarities going back to the 1920s, as well as select later examples with genuine collector appeal. Standard format is A2 (approximately 40 × 60 cm), though dimensions vary slightly by printer. Most examples are folded, as was typical for cinema use.

Each poster is carefully researched, comprehensively described, and graded — and identified as either a first-screening issue or a reprint. Reprints are actually uncommon: new posters were typically commissioned for re-screenings in Finland, meaning reprints are noticeably different in style from their first-screening counterparts.

At A2 size, they're perfectly suited to affordable framing and make striking wall art — as well as being uncommon, authentic pieces of movie memorabilia.
