Terror in a Texas Town, Original Movie Poster, 1958, Sterling Hayden

An original Finnish first-screening poster for Terror in a Texas Town (1958), the United Artists western noir starring Sterling Hayden and directed by Joseph H. Lewis, the cult director of Gun Crazy (1950) and The Big Combo (1955). The screenplay was written by Dalton Trumbo, one of the Hollywood Ten, blacklisted at the time and unable to work under his own name. The credit was given to Ben Perry as a front, making this one of the defining films of the Blacklist era.

Standard Finnish A2, approximately 60 × 40 cm. Artist-signed in the plate.

Condition: Very Fine. Appears unused, without visible folding crease, no pinholes, no tape residue, no tears or nicks. Minor handling creases to the corners only. Bright, clean, and vivid throughout.
