TERMS
All of our stock is guaranteed to be authentic and as described.
Any item can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt. This refund is inclusive of the original shipping charge but does not include the costs of returning the item.
A refund will be issued upon our safe receipt of the item you are returning, In the event that the item you are returning is damaged and/or differs from the condition it was originally shipped in we may withold a proportion of the original purchase price accordingly.
We do not charge restocking fees.
SHIPPING
All items are meticulously packaged to ensure that they arrive in the condition described.
Books are sent from Finland as parcels and include tracking to your door by default.
Average shipping times are as follows:
Nordic countries 2–5 working days,
Rest of Europe 3–7 working days,
Rest of the world 6–14 working days.
These estimates are provided by Posti.fi, Finland's national mail carrier and items usually arrive well within these conservative projections. Faster shipping times can usually be arranged at extra cost.
Autographs and similar, smaller ephemera are sent from Finland as "Letters" and this shipping rate does not include tracking by default so if you require this service, please select the expedited shipping rate at checkout.
Framed prints or paintings - particularly where glazed - are usually sent by courier for which shipping is charged at cost. Please ask for a shipping quote before placing your order.
VAT, IMPORT DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
For customers in the EU and the UK, checkout prices are free of VAT.
For customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, and elsewhere, prices do not include National/local State taxes or import duties and tariffs. Payment of these will likely be required before delivery of your purchase can be made so please be mindful of these when placing your order.
