Simba - Vintage First Screening Movie Poster, 1956

An original Finnish first-screening poster for Simba (1955), the Rank Organisation drama starring Dirk Bogarde, Donald Sinden, and Virginia McKenna. Set during the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya, Simba was one of the first British films to engage directly with colonialism and anti-colonial resistance - a notably serious and politically charged work for its era. Premiered in Finland in May 1956, never re-released.

Condition: C9, Near Mint. No folding crease visible. Minor edge creasing consistent with two paper-clip mounting points only. No nicks or tears. Strong, vivid colouring. Excellent clean condition throughout.
