A delightful presentation copy of this charming children's book, inscribed to fellow illustrator and children's author Posy Simmonds at the verso of the front endpaper. The inscription is cleverly incorporated into a drawing of a sheep sitting at a table and writing.

A nice clean copy but well-read and bumped at the corners with further impact-indentation marks to the top and bottom edges of the laminated boards, covers bowing.
