Peter Benchley - Autograph Signature on Card

Peter Benchley (1940–2006) was an American author best known for Jaws (1974), his debut novel about a great white shark terrorising a beach community. It became a bestseller and was adapted by Steven Spielberg into the landmark 1975 film. He also wrote The Deep (1976) and was later an active ocean conservationist. His signed material is relatively scarce given his limited output.
