Movie Poster - The Sheep Man. First Release Finnish Film Poster, Cinema-used, 1958

An original Finnish first-screening poster for The Sheep Man (1958), the MGM comedy-western starring Glenn Ford, Shirley MacLaine, and Leslie Nielsen with Nielsen here in an early straight role, long before his later reinvention as a comedy star. The film’s only Finnish release was in 1958.

Printed by Salonen Oy. Fully illustrated in colour and artist-signed in the plate. Standard Finnish A2, approximately 60 × 40 cm.

Condition: Fine. Originally distributed flat or rolled and without folding crease. Pinholes to the corners. Paper is quite thin; a couple of handling creases present, no nicks or tears to the edges. A lovely poster in superb overall condition.
