Original Movie Poster for Lo Sparviero del Nilo (Hawk of the Nile)

An original Finnish first-screening poster for Lo Sparviero del Nilo (Hawk of the Nile, 1950), the Italian adventure film starring Vittorio Gassman, one of Italy’s most celebrated actors - later known internationally for Big Deal on Madonna Street (1958) and Scent of a Woman (1974). Also starring Silvana Pampanini and Folco Lulli.

Printed by Salonen Oy. Fully illustrated, no artist signature. Standard Finnish A2, approximately 40 × 60 cm.

Condition: C8, Very Fine. One tiny pinhole to each top corner and one to the bottom centre. Some creasing, noticeable only from the verso or under very close inspection. No edge wear at all. A beautiful, vivid, and colourful poster.
