A Good condition copy in the original publisher boards with titles/decoration in blue at the upper cover and also to the spine.

pp. 224, frontispiece, red-coloured illustrated endpapers, the original colouring to the top edge has faded significantly but is still discernible. Large contemporary gift inscription at half-title. Both ends of the spine are crushed and there is a bump to the lower edge of the lower cover.

The dustjacket is unclipped with price of 6/- net but there are fairly substantial chips at the spine ends and corners and also to the lower panel, bottom edge. Fair.
