First Printing of the First UK edition. Huge and entertaining memoir, the first volume of the actor's autobiography. SIGNED at the title page without dedication.

A reasonably tight, square copy, the boards are clean, minor pushing to the spine tips. Text-block a trifle tanned, perhaps. pp.431, illustrated with photographs.

The dustjacket is unclipped but shelf-worn at the edges and corners and there is a small ugly mark at the front flap which appears to be label-residue. Good condition dustjacket overall.

Surprisingly uncommon signed.
