Blue cloth with gilt titles to the spine. A used book with the text-block tanned (browning at margins) due to the low quality paper-stock favoured by the publishers at the time. There is a reading crease along the backstrip or spine and both spine tips are creased/crushed. The upper cover is starting to bow upwards a little. A well-read book, then but it has retained it shape pretty well and is free from owner names or marks to the pages or edges. No real bumping to the corners to report. Very Good.
The protected dustjacket is not clipped and there are neither tears nor nicks to the edges. Clean and bright but with some colour loss to the spine and light tanning at the flaps. A nice jacket, VG condition at least.
Some faults but this remains a pleasing copy as can be seen from the accompanying images. Now uncommon, particularly signed.
