J.M. Coetzee - Autograph Signature on Card, Stockholm 2003

J.M. Coetzee (born 1940) is a South African-born Australian novelist, widely regarded as one of the greatest living writers in the English language. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2003 and the Booker Prize twice — for The Life and Times of Michael K (1983) and Disgrace (1999) — the only author to have won the prize twice.

A plain white card bearing the author's hand-written signature. Measures approximately 6" x 4". Can be trimmed for mounting if required. Pencil notes to verso.

Provenance: obtained in person by Clive Bullimore in Stockholm in 2003, at the time of Coetzee's award of the Nobel Prize for Literature.
