Anita Brookner - Autograph Letter Signed, 1987

Anita Brookner (1928–2016) was a British novelist and art historian, best known for Hotel du Lac (1984), winner of the Booker Prize. She was also the first woman to hold the Slade Professorship at Cambridge and published a novel almost every year from 1981 to 2011. Her correspondence is relatively uncommon on the market.
