Saskatchewan - First Screening Movie Poster. 1954

An original Finnish first-screening poster for Saskatchewan (1954), the Universal Pictures Canadian Mounties adventure starring Alan Ladd - at the height of his fame following Shane (1953) - and Shelley Winters. First screened in Finland in 1954 with no further theatrical releases.

Printed by Salonen Oy. Fully illustrated, no photography. Artist-signed in the plate. Approximately 23.75 × 15.75 inches.

Condition: C8.5, Excellent. Rolled with no obvious folding creases. Three pinholes to each upper corner (possibly staple holes) and a single pinhole to the centre. Some minor age wrinkles; little in the way of handling creases. Only the mounting holes prevent a C9 grading, otherwise in really superb condition.
